Scentsy Story
When I joined Scentsy, I was in college full time with a six-course load AND placement, working part time, a mom of 3 and stepmom of 4. Needless to say, I wasn't exactly sitting around looking for something else to do. 😂 My sponsor told me about a sale happening on New Year's Day, so I went to have a look. Being the numbers person that I am, I quickly realized it was actually CHEAPER for me to join than it was to place the order I wanted. So that's exactly why I joined. I wasn't joining to sell. I wasn't planning to build a business. I simply figured if I was going to order Scentsy for myself anyway, I might as well get paid for it. Then something happened that I definitely wasn't expecting. I was introduced to this amazing community of consultants. I discovered an incredible support system, realized that so many of the tools I needed to succeed were already being handed to me, and started experiencing this little boost of personal accomplishment every time I reached another milestone. Somewhere along the way, "I'm just doing this for myself" turned into "I wonder how far I can actually take this?" Today, where I am isn't the top of where I want to be — but it is absolutely beyond where I EVER expected to be when I clicked that join button. And the funniest part?
